Billiard legends Efren Bata Reyes and Django Bustamante are throwing their support behind the presidential bid of Senator Manny Pacquiao.
“Isang karangalan na makasama ko sa aking vision to transform our country into a progressive, modern and corrupt-free nation ang mga tulad ni Reyes at Bustamante,” Pacquiao said.

The boxer turned senator met with the billiard legends in a pool hall where the two are wearing the “man of destiny” shirts.
“As athletes, we both share the passion of bringing pride and honor for all Filipinos and for our country,” Pacquiao added.
“Titiyakin po namin na magpapatuloy ang pagtulong sa ating mga atleta even in our own capacity. Mabuhay ang mga atletang Pilipino” he continued in a statement.

Reyes won back-to-back championships earning him the title of “The Magician”.
Bustamante has brought home international championships too placing the Philippines on the global map for pool champions. (TDT)
