Suffering from dry cough and breathing difficulties, Baldemor developed fever following which she was referred to a maternity hospital and was later treated at the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
The doctors at the health facility removed fluid build-up in her body and stabilized her blood pressure and oxygen levels.
The baby delivered by her has been named Caleb Angelo Cleveland Baldemor.

The boy was born on March 8 at only 27 weeks and has been named after the hospital. Caleb was placed on a ventilator to support his breathing issues and has since recovered.
Dr. Vivek Kakar, from the Critical Care Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, said after the delivery they were able to focus the treatment on the COVID pneumonia and improve the woman’s condition. (AW)
