The COVID-19 cases among the Filipinos living abroad have risen to 23,156 with the detection of 41 new cases.
According to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs the cases include 63 new recoveries and 3 fatalities.

The number of those being currently treated abroad for the disease has reached 8,380 as 13,391 of those infected have recovered while 1,385 have died.
Currently there are 103 countries and territories where Filipinos are stricken with COVID-19 and the number of those undergoing treatment at different places include 1,800 in the Asia Pacific, 959 in Europe, 5,493 in the Middle East and Africa, and 128 in the Americas.
In the Philippines, the disease has so far afflicted 2,385,616 people and the tally includes 36,934 deaths, 2,171,832 recoveries, and 176,850 active cases. (AW)
