Abu Dhabi ranked as one of the least stressful cities for its citizens, according to the latest survey from German firm Vaay.
The index of over 100 major global cities looked into 15 factors, — each ranked on a scale from the most to the least stressful.
Metrics and statistics pointed out that the Philippine capital of Manila remains the third most stressful city in the world.

Abu Dhabi was ranked 28th on the list of 100 countries, with a total score of 83.6/100, making it the least stressful city in the Gulf region.
In terms of safety and security, Abu Dhabi was ranked the 4th least stressful.
Sitting closely behind Doha, Reykjavik and Singapore, Abu Dhabi received a score of 96.7, deeming the emirate incredibly safe and secure.
This score is based on public opinion of the perceived risk of being a victim of a crime and local media coverage of conflicts.

The 2021 study pointed out that Manila is the third most stressful city in the world — with Baghdad topping the list and followed by New Delhi.
Manila, according to the German firm Vaay, is also the most densely populated city, followed by Doha in Qatar, and Kabul in Afghanistan.
Lagos — which ranked 99th — was the only African city in the bottom 10, besides other African cities including Johannesburg (49), Algiers (78); Nairobi (80), Dakar (84), and Cairo(88).
