Kuwait has announced on Tuesday that it will no longer be imposing mandatory quarantine on fully vaccinated travelers who will be arriving in the country.
In a Reuters report, a Cabinet meeting also exempted those who have recovered from the virus from not more than 90 days from quarantine.
They will be subjected, however, to PCR testing three days after their arrival date.
The Cabinet also ordered limit to direct flights for India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka to departing flights only.
Cargo flights will remain unhampered until further notice.
Saudi Arabia has also announced its plans to reopen its country soon to foreign tourists.
In a Reuters report, a senior tourism official said that the Kingdom has lifted certain quarantine restrictions to foreign travellers.
Saudi Arabia will begin accepting non-citizens arriving from certain countries and who were fully vaccinated against or recently recovered from COVID-19.
