Results of the Dubai Government Customer and Employee Happiness Index were promising despite the COVID-19 pandemic, announced Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
The crown prince announced the results of the indicators of happiness for customers of Dubai government last Monday, khaleejtimes.com reported.
Sheikh Hamdan revealed that the average customer happiness rate in the government of Dubai was 84 percent, while the average employee happiness rate stood at 89 percent.
“In September 2019, we announced that we will announce the results of happiness indicators for customers and employees of Dubai government annually on January 18,” Sheikh Hamdan tweeted.
The crown prince added that the three best government centers in the government of Dubai that held the top spots in the two categories.
Dubai Police ranked first in the customer happiness category at 91.6 percent. Coming at second was the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), which scored 90.1 percent.
The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) came in at third with a score of 88.5 percent.
According to employee happiness indicators, Dubai Statistics Center ranked first with 97.44 percent, followed by Dubai Police in second place with 96.68 percent, and Dubai Public Prosecution with 95.86 percent.
“Dubai Government operations involve a focus on excellence and innovation. The happiness of the customer and employee is never absent from the mind of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,” said Sheikh Hamdan.
