LOOK: Barangay captain caught in indecent act with fellow barangay official in Zoom meeting

A barangay captain was accidentally caught in an illicit act with his barangay treasurer over a Zoom meeting with the video broadcast to several fellow barangay officials that was initially intended to discuss plans to combat the spread of COVID-19.

The video showed Barangay Captain Jesus Estil engaging in a crude, lascivious behavior towards their local barangay treasurer who happens to be the wife of his friend.

Reports posted at Erwin Tulfo’s official Facebook page state that the video was sent by several concerned citizens from Barangay Fatima Dos in Dasmariñas, Cavite, who stated that the video seemed like a ‘live show’ during the barangay’s Zoom meeting. This, according to the sender of the video, meant that many individuals from their barangay watch the act – including children.

“The video shows the captain even trying to cover the camera of his computer, but he was unaware that another camera was focused on them,” as per the video report.

The scandalous video then spread to the barangay residents, who began a petition to remove Estil from his position.

Both Estil and the barangay treasurer had not reported to their offices since their video scandal spread in their area.

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) , however, ensured that Estil will be relieved of his post at the soonest possible time.

“Ano yan, hindi simple misconduct, grave miscondcut yan. Sibak yan sir,” said DILG Barangay Affairs Summons and Complains Chief Richard Geronimo.
