To help Filipinos find new employment opportunities in the UAE, The Filipino Times will be hosting a free webinar titled: “Usapang OFW: Oplan Hanap Trabaho sa UAE” happening this August 5, at 12:00 noon via Zoom interview at our official Facebook page.
This webinar will discuss the country’s current trends in its employment market and how Filipinos can find jobs that suit them.
Topics include helping OFWs in finding jobs by pinpointing industry and sectors where employment opportunities are available, CV writing to help improve their resumes to make their track records more noticeable to employers, and highlighting interview tips and upskilling that would help them land that job offer.

Kristina Carpio is the Human Resources Director for Jollibee Foods Corporation in the UAE. She drives the food giant’s strategic direction on developing its pool of talents towards building employee competence and optimizing employee engagement.
Dr. Rex Bacarra is the Dean of General Education at the American College of Dubai and the former Director for Human Resource Development of San Beda University-Alabang where he assists in vetting, interviewing, and hiring staff. He also assists and helps newly grads of the university prepare for their job search through mentoring students.
Cristina Calaguian is the founder of Dagaz HR Consultancy and Recruitment Company that helps match employees with potential employers in the region. She guides both employers and employees to enhance their personal branding skills to position themselves to achieve their career objectives.
