Abu Dhabi’s National Screening Programme continues its initiative to conduct free COVID-19 testing to help track patients and stop the coronavirus disease from spreading in the country.
Frontliner workers have shown their commitment to aid the UAE to reach the goal of achieving zero cases once all active cases have fully recovered.
“The mission is still on. We are teaming up with our partners to continue doing screening for all areas. We are targeting densely-populated residential neighborhoods. We all have to keep the same pace in order to reach zero-COVID cases,” said the frontliners in a video posted at the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office.

Residents praised the efforts of the UAE in safeguarding their health and wellbeing amid the pandemic.
“Thank you for coming to our homes to protect us from the pandemic, reflecting the care and willingness of the country to protect the health and safety of the community,” said one of the residents.

Frontliners urge the public to stay at home whenever possible, stressing that this simple act will help avoid the transmission of the virus.
“Commitment to staying home will assist frontline workers and decrease their current burdens,” said one of Abu Dhabi’s frontliners.
