Saudi Arabia has confirmed that the 10 Saudi students who were evacuated from Wuhan, China tested negative for the preliminary lab tests for novel coronavirus, Saudi Press Agency reported.
The said students arrived last February 2 in Riyadh after they were taken out of the Chinese city where the virus originated. According to the Ministry of Health (MoH), while the students are negative from the virus, they will still “remain in the preventive isolation rooms allocated for them for 14 days under full medical supervision to complete the additional tests and check on their health and safety.”

There is still no reported case of the coronavirus in Saudi Arabia, although the Kingdom continues to implement precautionary measures to safeguard the Kingdom from the virus, such as preparing isolation rooms inside hospitals, implementing health regulations all over the Kingdom.
