An Iranian man plunged to his death while training on the use of a parachute in Kuwait, local newspapers have reported.
Police rushed to the scene after residents reported that a parachutist fell and hit the ground in the Southern Al Wafra desert area.

The report said the man was rushed to hospital but died on the way after suffering serious injuries.
Police said the man was receiving training on parachute jumping sports by a local company when he plunged down, adding that they are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
