Kuwait’s civil defence men spent nearly 10 minutes to rescue a little cat which was stuck in a small pit in a building in the Gulf emirate.
The rescuers used special tools that do not make a noise in order not to scare the cat which was later pulled out by one of the rescuers.
Newspapers said the civil defence units went to the building in the capital Kuwait City after receiving calls from residents that a cat was caught in a pit in the building’s entrance and was trying to get out.
A video published on Twitter showed a rescuer digging into the pit before he managed to pull out the cat.
