Boy in Bahrain killed in a car crash

A 13-year-old Bahraini kid was killed in a car accident in the Northern Governate of Bahrain last December 8, The Daily Tribune News of Bahrain reported.

The boy was among a group of children joining the parade on their bikes around the village of Diraz in celebration of Bahrain’s victory in the recently concluded Gulf Cup, when a car driven by a teenage local rammed into his bicycle.

He suffered serious injuries on his head and lost a lot of blood at the scene of the accident. The paramedics pronounced him dead on the spot. One of his friends was also injured in the accident.

The body of the kid was taken to the morgue in Salmaniya Medical Complex.

Bahrain residents were once again advised by The General Directorate of Traffic to obey traffic rules to prevent horrible crashes and tragic deaths.
