An Overseas Filipino Worker who has been neglected several months’ worth of salary finally gets a remuneration shortly after he was repatriated back to the Philippines.

The male OFW, who asked not to be named, sought help from the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah for advice and assistance on how to claim his wages. He was then recommended by the Consulate to seek Atty. Nawag Bagaresh from its law firm to represent him in a case against the male’s former employer.

The case continued even when he got back to the Philippines, and he was given constant updates on its progress.

After several months, the former OFW got all his remuneration owed to him by his former employer.

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to our Philippine Consulate in Jeddah for the concern and tireless support in attaining my claims,” he said in a letter released by the Consulate.
