Kuwaiti police arrested a local man for insulting a traffic cop after he issued him a ticket for parking his car in the wrong place.
The police man was on a patrol in his car near a government department in the capital Kuwait City when he noticed a car is parked in a way that blocked traffic.
As he started to write a ticket for the car, its driver rushed to him and asked him to cancel the ticket and he would move his car.
“The policeman refused and continued writing the ticket… the driver then pointed a finger in his face and said angrily: you should be ashamed of yourself.”
