Filipino Club Basketball Group in Bahrain to open a new season

The Filipino Club Basket Group (FCBG) is opening a new season this coming September in Bahrain.

The President’s Cup, the 43rd season of this year’s second basketball conference, will be held at Mubarraq Sports Club in Arad, Bahrain.

FCBG is the only Filipino basketball tournament accredited and licensed by the Kingdom’s Ministry of Labour & Social Development (MLSD). It is the oldest and largest in the Middle East, with over 45 teams competing in seven different categories per conference.

It is also a bona fide active member of Samahang Basketbolista ng Pilipinas or SBP (Basketball Federation of the Philippines), which is also recognized by FIBA International Basketball Federation.
