Get personalized consultation with your own doctor with PRIME Telehealth

UAE residents who need to get immediate medical advice can now acquire such services through PRIME Healthcare Group’s newly-launched platform: PRIME Telehealth.
The Dubai Health Authority-licensed platform allows existing patients of PRIME the convenience of booking their appointments and getting the consultation they need by simply calling 04 707 0777.
“Access to primary health care for all is a critical factor that cannot be compromised and should be the basic right of all human beings. At PRIME Health, we firmly believe and due to coronavirus spreads, that people shall stay at home and stay safe from corona virus infection and now by launching PRIME Telehealth initiative, a timely medical service to allow you to continue your treatment with your own doctor from the comfort and safety of their homes,” said PRIME Healthcare Group Managing Director Dr. Jamil Ahmed.
The process
– After an existing patient of PRIME calls 04 707 0777, their own doctor will access the Telehealth platform to check their medical records and provide them with appropriate guidance. https://bit.ly/2UWFUJs
– Their doctor will then provide an electronic prescription for their patient to Medi PRIME pharmacy who will deliver the medicine to their patient’s home with no further charges.
– Existing patients of PRIME need not worry about the Telehealth service as it is approved by majority of insurance networks within the UAE, and covers consultation and medication plans.
“Right from diagnosis to medical prescription over the phone to pharmacy delivery straight home: Given our already extensive network of Medical Centers across the UAE, Launching PRIME Telehealth will support us in getting a step closer to our vision of offering healthcare for all. This service will be the first of its kind that caters to the UAE’s patients through their own doctors who are following their cases for years at low risk. We are confident that PRIME Telehealth will enjoy a high uptake among our patients particularly those who can now gain easy access to their own doctors and, therefore, to quality healthcare at home or anywhere they are.” Dr. Jamil said.
