Four-year-old ‘Santa’ distributes gifts Dubai workers

A four-year-old child dressed up as Santa Claus spreading the spirit of Christmas by helping to distribute food and gifts to the blue-collar workers in his community.

The young Miraan Hotwani, who dressed up as Santa Claus helped his family and friends for a Christmas party at their house in Mankhool, as per a report from Khaleej Times.

Hotwani’s friends aged four to eight wore their very own Santa costumes as they helped him distribute gifts to the workers.

“My friends Krisha, Ashi Kabir, Hrutvi, Myra, Baby Miraan and Twisha helped me in giving this party to the workers and we will keep doing more such parties for them,” Miraan said.

The children and their families prepared two kinds of gift boxes for men and women. The boxes given out to the male workers comprised razors, daal, rice, noodles, chocolates, cookies, toothpaste, toothbrushes, biryani, juice and biscuits while boxes for women contained nail polish, soaps, perfume, pasta, chips, assorted chocolates, mug, noodles, and hair clips.

While Hotwani’s parents were proud of him and his friends for instilling the importance of compassion and generosity during the holiday season

“We taught him about the importance of compassion and generosity, and that it is the gesture of giving that should be valued rather than the materialistic aspect of the gift,” his parents said.
