5 odd reasons that can get you banned from a plane

Here’s the truth: you already abide by the airline rules and regulations once you have your plane ticket with you.

According to Scott’s Cheap Flights Daniel Burnham, being restricted from a certain airline is considered a rare case.

“Lifetime bans on flying a particular airline are uncommon, but airlines are well within their legal rights to do so under most circumstances,” he said.

The following are down below are the hand-picked reasons that got some people off the plane:

First is being a bad sport to your neighbor. Leaving your manners behind is completely unacceptable, whether you’re in a plane or not.

Second, wearing leggings for ladies is prohibited. Males and females are subjected to different dress codes. However, a man who wore above the knee shorts got no trouble boarding the plane. This was testified by a woman who witnessed the situation personally.

Third, vaping is not exempted from this list. “No smoking on a place” is a common warning sign on varying modes of transportation for some reason. Vapes, however, can blare the smoke alarm, leaving your fellow passengers pestered.

Fourth, bringing pets aboard can cause distress to other passengers, especially those who have allergies.

Lastly, opening the plane doors. In a case of a woman who boarded on London going to Turkey, as told on Reader’s Digest, attempted to open the doors in midair. The airline’s CEO described it as ‘one of the most serious cases of disruptive passenger behavior that we have experienced’.

To avoid these uncommon mishaps when traveling, try to know more about the airline you’ll be boarding and be considerate to your fellow passengers
