Son thanks mom who ran barefoot to give his lunch that he has forgotten in his rush for school

It’s not every day that we get the chance to thank our mothers on their little sacrifices.

Seventeen-year-old Carmelo Dela Cruz shared on Facebook how he felt extremely grateful for his mom and her act of selfless love.

He said he was rushing to go to school and wanted to avoid traffic. Carmelo then was surprised to see his mom barefoot running to him with his lunch.

Carmelo said his mother crossed a footbridge without slippers.

His meal for that day was rice with hotdog and embutido.

Carmelo revealed that he has a very close relationship with his mother. He said he also wants people to show their love to their mothers for their daily sacrifices.
