British man with Down Syndrome, one of oldest in the UK at 77

George Wildgust has been told that he wouldn’t make it to his teen years because of his condition.

But this man with Down Syndrome proved doctors wrong as he celebrated his 77th birthday last August.

According to a report from BBC, George is considered one of the oldest living people in the UK with Down Syndrome.

Doctors nowadays would say that they could only last up to 50 to 66 years. But what secret does George have to keep him alive and well?

It’s not really a secret.

According to George, he watches the show “Strictly Come Dancing” on Saturdays and dances around. He has since lived in a care home in Nottingham in 1993.

His niece, Nikki Wright says they are proud of George and they always loved him.
