Mariah Carey to perform at Expo 2020 Dubai free concert this October

American singer and songwriter Mariah Carey is headlining a free concert in Downtown Dubai this October for the “1 Year to Go” event of Expo 2020 Dubai.

The Songbird Supreme will be joined by Emirati singer Hussain Al Jassmi, an official ambassador of the global event, on one stage at Burj Park on October 20 Sunday.

The concert will run from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The biggest-selling female artist of all time last performed in the UAE during the Dubai Jazz Festival in 2017.

The “1 Year to Go” will also be marked by a Burj Khalifa light show for the 20:20 countdown with a fireworks display at Burj Park.

Tickets are on a first come first served basis, there is no ticket waiting list.

Following the high demand of tickets on October 7, the second batch of free tickets has been released today.

Tickets are expected to be sold out fast.
