A graduate of the College of Engineering and Architecture at Bohol Island State University-Main Campus in Tagbilaran City topped the August 2019 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers.
Ariel Agta Bantugan who garnered 86.20 percent was first placer.
Robe Aloysha Pingol from Foreign University with 83.85 percent came second.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday, September 12, that 61 out of 313 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given last month in the Middle East.
The special examination was given by the Board of Civil Engineering in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Manama, Bahrain; and in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
