A man who was arrested for wearing a cooking pot for a helmet is at it again with new antics.
He was spotted in Tuguegarao City wearing a helmet but this time he was riding a horse, as per a report by GMA News.
The motorists and residents were amused watching him prance around town – with a video uploaded by Chi Balisi Gurung on social media that has garnered thousands of shares and reactions.
It can be recalled that he was fined P200 for violating the “No helmet, no travel” policy for placing a cooking pot on his head and passing it off as a type of helmet.
He explained to the arresting officer that he used a pot because he did not have money to buy a helmet.
His explanation for horseback riding in the city was not mentioned in the latest report.
