The Bayanihan Council in Abu Dhabi, the umbrella group for Filipino organizations in the capital held their oathtaking for selected officers that will continue on with the 2019-2020 period, in a ceremony held last August 8 led by Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, H.E. Ambassador Hjayceelyn Quintana.
