Experts warned you may want to proceed with caution in doing this “Vacuum Challenge” or “Trashbag Challenge” that has been going viral now.
An Italian stewardess based in Dubai posted on her Instagram how she did this challenge with the help of her male friend.
She was laughing after she fell on her side after the trash bag was tightly wrapped around her body except for her head.
The vacuum cleaner was used by her friend to suck the air inside the bag.
This Instagram user was not the only one doing it.
As of this writing, there are already 300 posts on Instragram about this with the hashtag vacuumchallenge.
Some experts expressed concern that this challenge is fatal as it could lead to strangulation especially if it tightens around the neck, or cerebral hypoxia that leads to decrease of oxygen supply to the brain.
So, if ever you try out this challenge, you might as well have a friend with you to help you get out just in case something happens.
