An Indian woman has a rather unique way of keeping her car cool in this hot weather.
She made a cow pat coating on her car so she could keep the car’s temperature cool inside even if the air-conditioning unit is off.
According to South China Post, car owner Sejal Shah did this so she could help reduce pollution level.
The brown color you can see on her car is made of cow dung and red mud.
When Shah went out on board her car on the afternoon of May 26, the temperature was soaring to 43 degrees Celsius outside.
But temperature inside her car was at 36.37 degrees Celsius.
Traditionally, cow dung is really used in India as an insulation.
Instead of cars, these are used in homes to keep it cooler during the summer season and warmer during the winter season.
This cost-saving and environment-friendly way of cooling cars may just be the answer to Shah’s expenses but just as long as she doesn’t forget why it’s there and get a car wash.
