VIRAL: Netizens commend local PH fast food for hiring elderly man as service crew

An elderly man lives by the old saying that age is just a number by punching a clock at a fast food chain in the Philippines.

As seen in a now-viral Facebook post by Gremma Cuello Avellano, an elderly man who was identified as Tatay Armando was seen working as a service crew member in a Mang Inasal branch in SM Cavite.

The uploader of the photo said that Tatay Armando was doing the usual task of a server in the said food place.

She also praised the owner of the Mang Inasal branch for hiring employees regardless of their age.

Other netizens shared the same sentiments and said that more establishments should not hire based on age.

Most of the netizens also commended hark-working Tatay Armando’s for keeping himself in full swing to make ends meet for his family.
