Plan your outfits ahead of the summer season with Springfield ME

As the UAE still enjoys the chilly winds of the winter-spring season, this is likewise the perfect time to plan and get some shopping done for your outfits for the upcoming summer season. With accessible shops like Springfield ME, it’s now easier to find that outfit that would best suit you for any occasion.

Filipino expats who have lived for several years know for a fact that it can be quite challenging during the summer season, especially since the heat the sun gives off makes it more comfortable for individuals to stay indoors. Joffie Estrada, Visual Merchandiser at Springfield said that their stores offer several options for both men and women to bask in the summer festivities as they stay here in the UAE. “Dubai’s summer is very challenging, and we want you to enjoy the summer here,” said Estrada.

Springfield ME’s Ladieswear Collection

Estrada suggests for a woman to have several options for summer, especially during the evening when the temperatures are more bearable to strut your stuff on the streets. “A woman’s basic closet should have at least 2 pairs of jackets, 1 for evening which could be a boyfriend jacket and one for day wear. And a little black dress that could go anywhere – evenings, dinners,” shares Estrada.

Springfield ME’s Menswear Collection

For men, TFT Lifestyle TV Host Dan On The Go suggests finding comfortable shirts that could easily go along with any pair of jeans. “Tuwing summer season dapat mayroon kang mga basic o standard shirts na sobrang mabilis lang i-partner sa mga jeans or shorts. Dapat always on the go na outfit!” (For the summer season you should have basic / standard shirts that could easily go along with your pair of jeans or shorts. Your outfits should always be on the go!)

Summer Don’ts

While Estrada said that black dresses work great in the evening, ladies should avoid wearing such during day time: “Avoid black during the day, you can wear it during the evening. Wool fabric and leather are also a no-go.”

She adds that those who don their outfits should be confident enough to make sure that they’re comfortable as they express themselves through their outfits. “Be confident of what you’re wearing. It’s not about the brand, it’s about how you wear your clothes, and how you stand out,” said Estrada.

Springfield has several branches across the UAE with 5 stores in Abu Dhabi, 4 stores in Dubai, 2 stores in Sharjah, with one store each at RAK, Al Ain and Fujairah. They’re also accessible via their Facebook page, SpringfieldAE and their Instagram page at springfield_me.

TFT Lifestyle TV is a weekly show that tells the life stories and shares the lifestyle of OFWs based in the UAE. A new episode is shown every Friday so be sure to check the Facebook page of The Filipino Times to stay updated with each episode.
