Dubai-based OFWs set to acquire more affordable homes in PH

As the real estate industry grows bigger each day, more and more overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) are deciding to invest and own their house and lots and condos as these have become an attractive investment opportunity.

A significant number of OFWs in Dubai have already acquired house and lot properties, adding to the big percentage of OFW homebuyers dominated by those working in other Middle East countries. Interestingly, there is a notable upswing in the purchase of affordable housing outside Metro Manila, particularly in Cavite where many residential projects are located.

Top Pinoy realtor and salespreneur Gabriel “Billy” Dominguez and his real estate marketing company, Green Circle Realty (GCR), attest to the housing boom in this area. GCR is the biggest and leading sales network of Lancaster New City (LNC), a huge middle-income residential community in the towns of Imus, Kawit and General Trias in Cavite.

Only thirty (30) minutes away from SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City via Cavitex and with easy transport access to and from key Metro Manila areas like the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), LNC established itself as a premier OFW-friendly community that caters to the continuously growing housing demand.

This also prompted Dominguez to find and create means through which OFWs can have easy and convenient access to homeownership with the help of GCR and its salespeople. Dominguez attributes the success of GCR for more than eleven (11) years to the hundreds of families including OFWs who chose and trusted his company to help them.
