Jecjec Batalla, a father of two, an OFW in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia recently returned home and made his reunion with his children a memorable one.
In a video that is making the rounds online, his kids are seen playing video games at a local arcade. What the children thought to be an ordinary trip to the mall turns into a special day.
As they enjoy playing, Batalla comes from behind wearing a black jacket, a pair of sunglasses, and a face mask to make him unnoticeable.
When he shows up, the two kids do not recognize him at first. But as he removes the mask on his face, they immediately gave him a lingering embrace.
The video quickly caught the attention of netizens, especially overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) like him. Many of those who watched the video wish to do the same thing for their children they come home.
As of this writing, the said video has gained over 332,000 views, 12,000 reactions, and 7,000 shares on Facebook.
