Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla wants to set the record straight and put an end on rumors linking her husband Robin Padilla and controversial vlogger Mocha Uson.
In an Instagram post, Mariel said it’s unfortunate that such rumors are hounding her husband at a time when he’s still grieving from the death of his brother.
“So many people are sending me messages… ‘checking’ on me. People are tagging me bla bla bla… let me tell you this. ROBIN’S BROTHER PASSED AWAY. He is grieving,” she wrote.
Mariel added: “He has never been in so much pain all his life. He doesn’t need your baseless gossip.”
Mariel added that Robin is not aware with all these gossips. She also said that now is not the time to be insensitive.
“Namatayan ng kapatid yung asawa ko. Please lang po. He doesn’t even know anything about all this rumor but I am putting a stop to this NOW…” she pleaded.
Mariel earlier reacted in an Instagram comment asking her if she knows that Mocha is pregnant and Robin is the father of her child.
“Sis ano masasabi mo na buntis daw si Mocha at si Robin ang tatay?” user catalinaraaaawdriguez asked Mariel.
The former TV host then replied with laughing emojis.
Last night, Robin and Mocha trended on Twitter over these speculations.
Robin and Mariel got married in 2010.
