Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. confirms that he has tested positive for the coronavirus disease or COVID-19.
“Nakakalungkot po na balita – I am COVID-19 positive,” he said in his Facebook post.
The senator said that he contracted the virus from one of their household workers who recently tested positive for the disease. He, however, clarified that he has since been placed under self-isolation.
He said that the last time he went to the Senate was last August 3, and that he was out on August 4 during the 40th day of his the death of his father, Ramon Revilla Sr.
Thank you for your prayers,” he added.
