Actor Matteo Guidicelli recently discussed how he was adjusting to being married with Sarah Geronimo, noting that he has learned the value of humility and that “the wife is always correct.”
In a report by ABS-CBN, Guidicelli said that he has learned how to balance the relationship and how to be more patient with his wife.
“It also makes you learn about yourself so much more. You learn also about humility so much. You’re not always right kumbaga because the wife is always correct even though they’re not. But yeah, tama ba? But on a serious note, you really learn how to balance, and how to just give in, and just how to agree, to be more patient and all these things. It’s a nice phase, kumbaga,” ABS-CBN quoted him as saying.
In a Facebook Live seminar, he added that it has been an amazing experience and that it feels amazing to wake up with the person he loves the most.
“I was talking to my other batch mates, kumbaga ‘how’s married life?’ Sabi ko, ‘Bro, I think you should get married too, man.’ I don’t know, maybe I’m just in my honeymoon stage or I’m in the beginning of my marriage, but you know it’s amazing to wake up, to sleep beside the person you love the most. It’s amazing,” he said.
The actor also noted that marrying Sarah Geronomo is one of the best decisions he has done in his life, and that despite the controversy that surrounded their wedding two months ago, it has been “a blessing.”
