Angel Locsin on ABS-CBN workers: ‘Mahal ko po sila at hindi ito drama’

Kapamilya star Angel Locsin called out those people wishing ill of television network ABS-CBN.

She appealed to think of thousands of employees behind the cameras as the network struggles to get its franchise.

Locsin even shared a photo of her and the crew behind the defunct teleserye “The General’s Daughter”.

“Isang pakiusap. ‘Think before you click. Mga cameramen, utility, art department, technical department, production, actors, directors, caterers, producers, lightmen, crew, tents, etc. Mga ilan sa libo-libong tao sa loob ng isang network. Kami po ang ABS-CBN,” Locsin explained.

Locsin has been a Kapamilya star since 2007. She said that he was able to form a bond with the network’s employees.

“Sa ilang taon ko po sa ABS-CBN, nakilala at minahal ko ang mga tao dito. I have listened and known their stories — kung anong mga pinag-iipunan nila, magkano pa ang utang, sino ang nagkasakit… lahat pinagpapaguran para po sa pamilya nila,” she added.

“Mahal ko sila at hindi po ito drama kundi kung sino po ang mas magdurusa sa sitwasyong ito,” she added.

Locsin also appealed to those wishing for the revocation of their network’s franchise.

“Bago po tayo magsalita, isiping mabuti kung makakasira ba ito ng buhay ng napakaraming tao. Kung ito ho ba ang tamang solusyon? Kung meron pong pagkakamali man, gawin po nating tama,” she said.
