It was signed by Presiding Judge Cesar B. Bordalba of RTC Branch 31 of Dapa and dated December 12, 2019.

According to the presiding judge, upon careful examination of the preliminary evidence gathered by the complainant, the court found a probable cause for the issuance of the arrest warrant.

“The bail bond posted is hereby fixed at P30,000.00,” the warrant states.

Meanwhile, Yeng Constantino’s lawyer, Atty. Joji Alonso, expressed that his client wasn’t aware of the complaint filed by Dr. Tan aginst Yeng.
