Robin Padilla on the road to recovery

Actor Robin Padilla is on his way to recovery after he was discharged from the hospital.
On Monday, Padilla thanked the hospital staff at Dr. Jesus Delgado Memorial Hospital in Quezon City where he spent the New Year.
“In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful,” Padilla wrote on his Instagram account.
“Hooooyahhhh! Next step, rehab ng aking injured [and] very painful back,” he added.

On January 2, the actor has also posted a photo with her daughter, Maria Isabella, in the hospital.
“[I’ve] been trying to fight an infection without medicine. I guess I pushed myself too much,” Padilla said.
He also shared in the caption of a sweet Instagram photo that her daughter Maria Isabella kept him company in the hospital despite his wife’s warning that she might get infection.
“I kept myself in the toilet to keep warm then my daughter, Maria Isabella barged and ignoring all the warnings of her mother that she may get the infection. But nobody can stop her, she embraced me inside the blanket and she kept saying, ‘Mahal kita,’” he added.
The actor has not yet revealed the cause of his hospitalization.
