Korean pop group ‘BTS’ rocked Saudi Arabia with their first-ever performance in the country.
BTS danced and sang their way to the hearts of Saudi residents in Riyadh’s King Fahd International Stadium, Friday.
The public lauded Saudi Arabia’s decision to allow the group to perform in the country after decades-old restrictions on entertainment.
Saudi government said that allowing the group is part of its initiative to diversify its economy apart from oil.
Artists like Janet Jackson, 50 Cent, and Chris Brown were also invited to perform in the kingdom.
Rapper Nicki Minaj, however, turned down her invitation due to human rights issues.
