KZ Tandingan explains cancelled U.S. shows

KZ Tandingan has shared on her Instagram account the official statement of her talent agency Cornerstone on the cancellation of her concerts in the United States for the KZ Supreme World Tour.

Reports said that KZ was not given a working visa in the U.S.

Her co-performer Gloc 9 also decided not to push through with the show because of the problem with the promoter.

“Nagkaroon lang po kasi ng problema with the promoter. The management decided na hindi na lang dapat ituloy kasi may mga requirements from the contract na hindi napu-fulfill,” KZ told Pep.ph.

KZ added that she feels bad because she really prepared and worked hard for the show.

“It wasn’t just okay to push through with it kahit na sobrang gusto ko na ituloy, kasi I’ve always dreamed of doing a tour, and the Supreme concert is a show that we worked really hard on,” she said.

KZ has admitted that she was heartbroken for what happened.

“I was heartbroken. Everything happens for a reason po,” she said.

KZ then broke down to tears when asked about her message to fans who may be disappointed with her show’s cancellation.

“Given the different opportunity in the future, we will be there. Kung alam niyo lang po, grabe din yung pinagdaanan namin,” she said.
