Kapuso star Heart Evangelista wrote a sweet message to her husband former Senator Chiz Escudero to express her love on his 50th birthday.
Heart called Chiz her ‘home’ on her birthday greetings to her husband.
The Kapuso star shared photos of her on the red carpet with Chiz, his photo as a kid and their sweet vacation.

The actress said that she falls in love with Chiz every single day.
