Kapuso star Maine Mendoza has admitted that she is grateful to have Arjo Atayde in her life because the actor thought her to be more open and confident.

Despite being spotted together abroad and in different events, both Arjo and Maine have yet to make their relationship official.

In an interview with Magandang Buhay, Maine revealed how comfortable she is whenever she’s with Arjo.

“Kasi siya ‘yung nagi-initiate lagi kapag groups, outspoken kasi siya. Ang kulit niyan kahit kanino kaya niyang makihalubilo which is hindi ko kayang gawin,” she explained.

Maine added that when it come to Arjo she loses her reservations compared when she’s with other people.

He accepts me for who I am and for who I am not. So ang laking bagay noon.

The Eat Bulaga! dabakads also shared that she is not yet ready to meet all members of Arjo’s family.

As in baka magkaroon sila ng impression sa akin,'” she said.

Maine has been making rounds in the Kapamilya network to promote her film, ‘Isa Pa With Feelings’.
