Ten years since the noontime show It’s Showtime was launched, the hosts have been through a lot including fights. Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis, who often trade jokes and punchlines, revealed that they too had a major disagreement.
“Pag nag-aaway kasi kami, pag harapan na, umiiyak ako. Hindi ko kaya,” Curtis told ABS-CBN News during the press conference for the show’s 10th anniversary.
May text siyang mahabang-mahaba sa akin… At saka numerical. ‘First, second…’ Naka-itemize! Hindi ko na binasa. Ang haba, Ingles!” Vice said.
The two revealed that their biggest fight started because of a watermelon shake which Curtis accidentally knocked off the table that spilled to Vice’s shoes.
Vice demanded for apology but Curtis refused to do so immediately.
The exchange between the two hosts turned emotional with Curtis ended up crying and with the director intervening with the fight to mediate.
The hosts said that all is well after that fight. Now they are more like a family who know each other’s flaws and imperfections.
