A former radio disc jockey was arrested in a drug raid in Quezon City by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Marieto Laureno, also known as ‘Papa Tolits’, together with Arbie Yu Chua, Winnie Hunter and Louwy Manabat were caught in a drug den in Barangay Bahay Toro in QC on Friday night.
Laureno went on air for Barangay LS 97.1.
Some 25 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride or ‘shabu’ were confiscated from the group. The estimated value of the illegal items could reach to Php170,000.00.
Passports and the marked money were also recovered during the buy-bust.
PDEA said that a fifth suspect, identified as Leodegario Juaquin, escaped through the third-floor window.
