‘Ang Probinsyano’ star Coco Martin finally revealed the reason why he was seen meeting with Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.

The meeting of the Manila Mayor with the actor sparked rumors that two may have been working on a movie project since Moreno is also from showbiz.

“Ako talaga ang sumadya sa kanya. Humingi ako ng appointment. Kasi, matagal ko siyang nakasama sa teleserye, and then… nag-report din ako sa kanya, may pinag-usapan kami,” Martin told Pep.ph .

He added that he idolizes Moreno and praised the mayor’s effort to clean up Manila.

“Sabi ko nga, nakakatuwa… ako, sobrang iniidolo ko siya sa lahat na mga nagagawa niya sa Maynila. Nahiya nga ako… biglang naging sobrang idol ko siya,” Martin added.

The actor said that they just talked about a project but did not disclose it’s related to a possible movie collaboration.
