Frozen II to feature new songs from Fil-Am couple, new characters

The stars of the sequel to Disney’s highly successful movie, “Frozen,” share that there will be new songs composed by Fil-Am couple Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez and a new adventure.

Idina Menzel, who provides the voice for Elsa, says “the music in this film is pretty extraordinary.”

The Lopezes won an Oscar for their work in the first Frozen movie as per a report from the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

She also said they are not worried about having as much success as the first movie as the characters have evolved and are entering a new adventure.

There are two new characters in the new movie: Queen Iduna, the mother of Anna and Elsa, will be played by Westworld’s Evan Rachel Wood. And Lieutenant Matthias, a soldier in the Arendelle army, who will be played by Sterling K. Brown.

Josh Gad, who plays the Olaf, shares that his character remains naive but would have tougher questions to ask.
