Forbes names ‘The Rock’ as 2019’s highest-paid actor

The good news keeps coming for Dwayne Johnson also known as “The Rock” as Forbes listed him as the “Highest-Paid Actor for 2019”.
 
Johnson actor made it to the top spot with the total earnings of $89.4 million. 
 
The figure includes his earnings from Jumanji: The Next Level and high-grossing franchise movies like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. 
 
Johnson is also paid $700,000 per episode for HBO’s Ballers. He also gets seven figures in royalties for his line of clothing, shoes, and headphones with Under Armour. 
 
Avengers: End Game help put five of its main casts in the list. 
 
Second in the list is Chris Hemsworth, who plays the character of Thor, with total earnings of $76.4 million. He is followed by fellow Avenger Robert Downey Jr., also known as “Iron Man”, with total earnings of $66 million. 
 
The other three Avengers in the list are Bradley Cooper (Rocket Raccoon) with $57 million in earnings, Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) with $41 million, and Chris Evans (Captain America) with $43.5 million in earnings. 
 
Other actors who made it on the list are Akshay Kumar with $65 million, Jackie Chan with $58 million, Adam Sandler with $57 million, and Will Smith with $35 million.
