Morissette’s father accused singer of leaving her family for boyfriend

Morissette Amon’s father Amay has accused the Filipina singer of leaving her family for her alleged boyfriend, singer Dave Lamar.

Amay Amon has been posting cryptic tweets recently about his daughter who “eloped” with her boyfriend he did not identified.

“Question: What’s the Tagalog term for elope?” Amay first tweet on July 24 and followed another tweet the next day , “Google translated as lumayo,” adding, “What if hindi lumayo? Live-in ba tawag dun?” “Or what if like 2 nights lang? Sleepover? Vacation?”

Ricky Lo’s “Funfare” column in the Philippine Star reported that Amay described Morissete’s alleged boyfriend as “disrespectful” and that he would not allow the latter to destroy his relationship with his daughter.

The report furthered that Amay and Dave exchange heated words on social media but the latter denied it was his original account.

On August 16, Dave (believed to be his real account) tweeted “Jumping to conclusions is not actually exercise.”

Aman then tweeted, “Why don’t you use your real account? Not man enough? And you call yourself having good intentions with my daughter?”

Morissette has been silent with the issue but based on Ricky Lo’s column, someone who is close to the singer denied that Morissette and Dave are living together.
The source said the singer is being taken care of by Stages head Audie Gemora living in a subdivision in Makati.
