Instead of holding grudges, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is still positive on her views towards people saying “everybody deserves second chances”.

This after Miss Grand Thailand Coco Arayha Suparuk made a body-shaming comment against her.

“It’s unfortunate that the incident happened.” Gray said.

“I think it also shifted our awareness that we should be spreading positivity on the platform that is pageantry and pulling up each other as women and celebrating each other.” she added in an interview in a GMA News report.

When she was asked if the she will forgive the Thai beauty queen if she says sorry, Catriona said “Of course, everybody deserves a second chance.”

Last month, Gray earlier commented that body-shaming is “hurtful,” and stressed that it “should never be tolerated.”

“If anyone reading this too has been bodyshamed, I know how it feels. I’m sorry you’ve had to experience that. But know that you are more than your appearance. You are a capable, unique and worthy person. And you are never alone,” she wrote in reaction to a question posed during Twitter question and answer conversation.
