Kapamilya star Kim Chiu finally broke her silence on the controversy hounding her ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson, who allegedly cheated on Bea Alonzo.
To recall, rumors spread about the possible involvement of Julia Barretto as a third-wheeler in their relationship.
When asked by reporters about her thoughts on the controversial breakup, Chiu said: “Huwag na tayo sumali doon, kasi lahat naman sila, may pinagdadaanan sila ngayon,” Chiu said.
The Kapamilya star also said that she understands what the people involved are going through.
“Siyempre, hindi biro ‘yun. Masakit ‘yun. Lahat sila may pinagdadaanang pain, so respetuhin na lang natin ‘yung mga desisyon nila,” she explained.
She will be one of the volleyball team captains in an ABS-CBN’s sporting event where Barretto will also participate in.
Chiu appealed to those who will join the sporting event not to ‘boo’ anyone.
“Bawal mag-boo! No! Wala, dapat happy lang lahat. Dapat fun and games — iyon ang isip nila ‘pag pumasok sila sa Araneta Coliseum,” Chiu said.
