It isn’t just pure talent of Kathryn Bernardo but her rigorous preparation for her role as an OFW in the box office film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” that left everyone in awe.
Director Cathy Garcia-Molina admitted that she gave Bernardo hardships before and during taping in order for her to internalise and express what “tough love” is.
Garcia-Molina cited her favorite scene where Kathryn’s transformation as an actress was particularly evident.
She said it was the part of Binibining Central pageant.
“That’s where I believed Kathryn lost herself,” she said in an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda. ”
